All products sold on VectorColoring.com are digital downloads (SVG and PNG files). Because digital files can be downloaded and used instantly after purchase, they cannot be "returned" like physical goods. For this reason, all sales are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, we understand that issues can occur. We are committed to making things right when there is a legitimate problem with your order.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

Defective or Corrupted File The file you received is damaged, corrupted, or cannot be opened in standard software.

Product Does Not Match Description The downloaded product is significantly different from the preview image or product description shown on our website.

Technical Error A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or downloading your purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Duplicate Purchase You were accidentally charged twice for the same product. We will refund the duplicate transaction.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of Mind You simply changed your mind after purchasing. Since digital files are delivered instantly, we cannot accept "I no longer want it" as a reason for a refund.

Files Already Downloaded You have already downloaded and accessed the files successfully. Once digital files are downloaded, the transaction is considered complete.

Failure to Read Product Description The product was clearly described and matches its preview, but does not meet your personal expectations in terms of style or difficulty level.

Incompatible Software You are unable to open the file due to software limitations on your device. Our files are provided in standard SVG and PNG formats compatible with all major devices.

License Violations Your account was terminated due to violation of our License Agreement (reselling, unauthorized redistribution, etc.).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Details

Include your order number, the product name, and a clear description of the issue.

We Review

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution.

Refund Timeline

Request Window: You must submit your refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your refund once it has been processed.
